Website Magazine asked me and nine other marketing experts to talk about what CMS tools we use and how those tools have helped us get better results from our online marketing efforts or our clients' online marketing efforts.

After the other marketers talk about how they're getting...well...predictable results from well-known tools such as Wordpress and Joomla, I close out the article with information about how Hubspot absolutely crushes these other tools.

Version 4.0 of WordPress, named “Benny” in honor of jazz clarinetist and bandleader Benny Goodman, is available for download or update in your WordPress dashboard. This release brings a smoother writing and management experience.

Joomla to provide improved demo and a new free hosting option in partnership with SiteGround

Joomla! has formed a partnership with SiteGround web hosting company for its official demo hosting and its new Free Joomla! Hosting option. The partnership is expected to increase the number of new users to Joomla! by making it easier to get started.

WordPress 4.0 Beta 2 Now Available for Download and Testing

WordPress recently announced that WordPress 4.0 Beta 2 is now available for download and testing.
This is software that is still in development, so it's not recommend that you run it on a production site just yet.

JOOMLA! 3.3.1 RELEASED

Joomla! recently announced the release of Joomla! 3.3.1. This is a maintenance release for the 3.x series of the Joomla! CMS.

If you are currently running a Joomla! release on a server with PHP 5.3.10 or later, you are encouraged to update immediately to Joomla! 3.3.1 via either the one-click update or the update downloads available at http://www.joomla.org/download.html.
